As some of you may know, the colour Tangerine tango (17 – 1463 TCX) was selected as 2012’s colour of the year by the pantone colour company, giving this warm and potent colour the fame it so rightly deserves.
Lending a certain energy and potency to any scheme this colour has been described as “spirited“, “dramatic and seductive“. I like it teamed up with perky turquoises as well as paired with simple blacks and whites for a twist on the traditional.
I for one, am thrilled with this choice, as I was told at a very early age that this colour suited my complexion. Something that did not to appeal to me at the tender age of 11 when the only colours I dreamt in was pinks & purples…
